Account Deletion
8TABZ users can request deletion of their account and personal account profile data. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, payment disputes, legal compliance, accounting, security, or final-resolution audit obligations.
Important:
Account deletion is permanent after confirmation. Deleted accounts may lose access to
profile data, app access, venue/staff access, and user-facing account features.
How to request deletion
- Sign in to your 8TABZ account in the app or website when account settings are available.
- Open account/privacy settings and choose account deletion.
- Confirm the request with your account password when prompted.
Direct support option
If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] with the subject Account Deletion Request.
Please include:
- The email address connected to your 8TABZ account.
- Your role, such as user, venue owner, staff, or admin.
- A short note confirming that you want to delete the account.
Protected deletion API
8TABZ also maintains protected deletion endpoints for authenticated accounts:
POST /account-deletion/request and
POST /account-deletion/confirm.
These endpoints require authentication and are not public unauthenticated deletion actions.
